Why was my payment declined?

If you are placing an order at checkout and your payment is declined, make sure the card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly. Also be sure the card you're using is one we accept! 

Please ensure there are sufficient funds available on the card and that the billing address matches the card used. Alternatively, try to call your card company if you need to confirm the information is correct. If you continue to have problems using your card and have a PayPal account, we suggest trying to place an order using PayPal instead.
